Personal Training

Everyone is different, and each of us requires a bespoke fitness programme to allow us to achieve our personal goals.

After a consultation, I will be able to tailor a training programme specific to YOU and your needs.

A progressive yet manageable programme that may include some or all of the following elements:

  • Improve Cardiovascular Fitness
  • Increase muscle tone and build strength
  • Posture Analysis
  • Kettle Bell Training
  • Nutritional Advice
  • Core strength
  • Increase flexibility
  • Exercise during or post pregnancy
  • Exercise to aid Injury Rehabilitation

I am based in Godalming and offer sessions at your home, in a park, or outside space of your choice. I will supply the equipment needed for your workout.
