I have always enjoyed the great outdoors and I’m an experienced long distance runner, hiker and now road cyclist. I believe exercise should be enjoyable and rewarding!
As a qualified personal trainer, I want to share my passion for outdoor activity and exercise to help others achieve their health and fitness goals.
I am now Mum to 2 energetic boys. I remember how hard it was to get back into shape after pregnancy – balancing sleep deprivation, breastfeeding, and childcare whilst getting fit again and losing excess weight.
